When can I expect my lovely scarves to arrive, and what's the go with shipping costs?

Customers can usually expect:

  • *Shipping will be processed same day if order place before 2:00pm ( AEST) Monday to Friday, public holidays not included.
  • Shipping: Via Australia Post. Tracking number will be provided once shipped.
  • Dispatch time: 2–3 business days after ordering
  • Delivery (Australia): around 5–10 business days depending on location

Shipping costs:

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and order size
  • Some orders may qualify for discounted or free shipping

What's the process if I want to return a scarf, and what do I need to know before sending it back?

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, worn or used scarves cannot be returned unless defective.
